Never say never.
My progress in Wealthy Affiliates has been steady. I am not moving as fast as I would like but I make progress every day which is the best feeling.
Picking a niche
Picking a topic to write about has been the most difficult road block so far. It took me a while to find something that I could continue to write about on a daily basis. My topic is gardening and I never thought in a million years that I would be writing about this. Years ago I had torn down our above ground pool and it has been a waste of space in our yard. This year summer I had a lot of time on my hands because I'm not working at the moment. This was an opportune time to work on this area.
Brainstorming in the garden
As I started working on this area I really started to like what I was doing and thought "that's it, this is my niche topic". When I am working on building the garden I am taking pictures and coming up with ideas for an article and when I am writing an article I am coming up with new ideas for the garden.
Goals
The biggest goal I have right now is finishing the garden and taking a picture to post on my website. I realized with gardening you will never run out of topics to write about. When the garden is complete I am going to focus more narrow topics to write about.
The best part is I get to hang out with my garden helper.
