Stay focused.
So its been a hard week tired and exhausted negativity from all angles but you have to stay focused you know your goals and your path ignore the distractions if you do get distracted then this is where you need to focus back onto the path get back to it, it is easily done there are distractions every day but if you find your way to the path learn from your mistakes by recognising what distracts you and how to get back on the job.
It happens to us all im bad for it some times but I make sure I snap out of it and realise what my goal is and I kick my ass not literally lol so keep focused
