Well it been a good 4 months so far so good.

I had 2 days off together at my own choice in 4 months

I chose to sit and have a break not do anything and rest

for the past few weeks I've been tired working till 2 in the morning and up at 6 and I feel like my body has told me enough is enough lol and mentally too.

But after 2 days off I feel mentally good and focused on my goals again

2 more goals are in reach in the next couple of days what I set for January and then I can work on my other goals 100 % this will lead till February and its the next goals so January is going well but need to push harder. this is why I needed to recoup and rest for the next push so just remember that everyone needs a break and you need to refresh to work at 100% again

Breaks are always good for the mind. I recommend that you take them when you are feeling flustered or overwhelmed. It will certainly lead to more productivity and less stress!
