Hi,

Like to talk about small things each and everyone can do and what i have done today that will not affect the company in general but could please some of our selected internet customers.

I am working for an Internet service provider and yesterday i was having an hard time with my internet and called the tech support for assistance but as everything is closed
for the holiday and i have to wait until January to get it solved i think ...

Saw today the GOOGLE SANTA TRACKER and like the idea a lot and got an idea,

why not give some random internet clients of ours a bit more internet ????, well said and done, I told my colleague to select an client that would appreciate more internet and he choose an family of 8 i think and i selected an place where the people come and wash their clothing so their clients can enjoy better internet while waiting.

This will not affect the company as an whole since i give them more from now to the beginning of January and end customer hopefully will notice.

Want to share some Christmas spirit and hope the management team will not notice that but that the selected clients will and forward some generosity and make the world a better place to live.

This have never been made before in this company and thanks to google santa tracker i got this idea and told my colleague top keep that as an secret and next year return the internet service speed to what they are paying for.

Changes reversed to what it was before Christmas and well i hope it did some good.
