Farmville Addict
Happy Thanksgiving to my new WA Family!
So, I haven't made much progress with my affiliate marketing because I've gotten sidetracked by Farmville. Now that my Farmville is up and running again, I spend hours and hours on there harvesting my crops and making my space pretty. It's my virtual business. I'm telling ya -- I'm practicing managing my finances on there so all is not lost.
I have a job interview tomorrow with a company who sells legal services. It actually sounds kind of interesting. One of the things they provide legal counseling on is patent law and this totally ties in with my doing patent research so that I can file a provisional patent on an idea I have for a video game.
Since it's a sales job with commissions, it could provide me with a nice little residual income and that is what I am trying to achieve here no matter if it's as an affiliate marketer or something else. I just want to be a "Rich Dad" with the financial and personal freedom to choose when I want to work. Like everyone else, I want to be able to come and go as I please and take nice little (or big) vacations every now and then.
Well, it's time to harvest my aloe and then I'm off to the folks to have my Thanksgiving dinner. I hope everyone has a thankful Thanksgiving.
Namaste!

Every time I go in to work, I think about the fact that I'm pretty much in Quadrant E and have been for my entire life. I want to be a B and an I - or at least an S! What about you?
That's the second time I saw you reference Rich Dad. I bought the "Choose to Be Rich" program some years back and now Mr. Kiyosaki offers the whole darn thing for free online :-( Anyway, good luck with the interview :-D
I dabble in the I quad(Sharebuilder.com is a good learning platform), I tried the S but failed at it(really just gave up- I know better now), definitely in the E quad at the moment, but IM intuitively feels like the path toward B for me
