What am I missing?
Today, I have 1,062 followers on Pinterest, specificly canneling my website. However, i don't have one fricking hit on my site accoding to Google Analytics! I've been hearing crickets on my website for over six months now. So after spending hundereds of hours, almost $2,000, even hiring a web coach I've got nothging to show for it. Very frustrating!! I wonder how many others here on WA are experianceing the same the same thing.

When you say nothing to show for it / hearing crickets, what do you mean exactly? Are you seeing zero hits on your site?
Pinterest has never worked extremely well for me personally, but it works great for some.
If you have hired a web coach and te web coach did not deiver, that's possibly a lesson about hiring web coaches. If you can tell us more about your current situation, we might be able to shed some light.
