How can I cancel my gavatar account and redo it. Need to change my email
You can ignore the old one and just create a new one.
Another option is just ADD a new email address to your current account. The option is under the profile pic after you log in.

It says you can't delete your primary email address.
You can add a new email address here, and manage multiple gravatars.

You can see how to make your profile hidden. Then you can create a new gravatar on a new email address. That's probably the closest thing to what you want to do.
