Just getting back into my training today had my knee replaced, back about the first of May this year.Had a lot of major problems the last month.All started with me over doing it by walking 3 miles on the 15 of September.Well today I completed level 4!!!!! If you guy could please keep me in your prayers thank you!!!!!
