Its All Changing.
So I have been wrestling with the direction of my site for a while now and whether I want to continue to just focus on the topic of anxiety. While I feel this is an important topic, I also feel that I don't want to limit myself do just talking about that when i have so much more to offer. I want to be able to talk about other things that I am passionate about such as health, lifestyle, self reflection and different things that have brought me more joy and wholeness in my life.
So after giving it something and talking to my fellow band member Zach we deciding that we would change the website to our band's website. We will have all the stuff you see on most band websites with the addition of original articles, product reviews and reflections that we have found useful in living a more authentic and wholesome life.
I am not sure this has been done yet, i at least am not aware of any bands that do this.
It's exciting and I'm more fired up than ever to work on this because my passion for music and self reflection, health and wholeness is being put into one place of focus so to say.
The URL has changed to thedeepgreenflame.com, which is the name of our band.
So if any of this sounds interesting to you then please stay tuned!

Its nice because now when my band member Zach or I write any content we will be peer reviewing them to make them the best possible.
The hope is that this will result in higher quality content which is what i have been aiming to do from the very start. its just difficult to do when no one is really willing to put the time into reviewing your article honestly and in detail besides you lol. Having that outside perspective and invested interest can really help clarify an idea sometimes. :)
