Update # 2
Hello everyone
My update # 2 my I have learned so much he at W.A. and am very grateful for all the help and support. It is hard to get excited when I have only an average of 7 visits to my site daily with all the hours I have put into my site. I have been told over and over keep working do not quite and success will come.
I find it hard to find products to promote and the I have even a more difficult time finding information to write a fair review of said product. Maybe some of my colleges can point me in the right direction when it comes to finding a good source to gain information of any given product.
I think my website is ok but when I look at the other websites promoting the same product as I am it some time becomes very discouraging when I look at what they have made and Compared to mine. I have gotten some very helpful info looking at other websites and have incorporated into my own. If you want to take a look at my site it is http://myhealthybodycenter.com.
As for my goals it would be nice to bring my traffic up to 10 to 20 visits a day and I know that will come in time as I get better ranking. My website stats are very high mainly 80% to 100% except for site trust which is only 20% and I have been working hard to get that number up.
My goals for the next 3 months are to get my site trust up and to actually make some money and for the following 3 months get site trust up to at least 50% and make some money. I know what we have chosen to do is not easy, if it was everyone would be doing it Right?
As I look on google index I have noticed my pages and my posts are getting more and better rankings which is a little exciting. I thank you all for taking the time to read my update.

Products you promote in a general way in your website you can moneytize them by being specific in your niches and also affiliate links to be identified

You already identified issues as diabetes, cook books, dieting, weight loss and detox and you can try to create niches and keywords from each of them and create websites out of them and connect to websites that sell them as products the same you can promote in your websites and get commissions and you will have to get into websites of product owners and get the appropriate affiliate links and insert them into post in your website promoting their products and you get the commission

I presume your niche is based on Health, hence its inclusion in myheathybody the basis of your Domain name, to me this too general. I believe you have identified in your website specific issues like diabetes, cook books, dieting, weight loss, detox etc from which you could create niches for separate websites which will all relate to health. This is my observation

The Domain being general is fine, I had asked Kyle about this a bit back. The domain could be general, but when you are writing your content keep looking for the low competition keywords and creating more and more post and eventually the traffic will get there.
