In any business, word of mouth is one of the best forms of advertising that one could ask for.
This is because people who spread the word, have had a favorable experience with your business and don't have a problem recommending it to others.

You have touched on something I think we forget about when working on the internet. Word of mouth is very important and I'm glad you remained me of that. I will do my best to start taking to everyone about the wonderful community here at WA.
