You are right Marion, the only premium is allowed for Philippine members. That is good because they are allowed to access for tons of training and great numbers of Web sites.

My understanding is that people in the Philipines can join WA as premium members but cannot use the free trial.

I just checked and people from the Philippines can neither join WA as a free or premium member.
Can you please tell me where you read that as I don't want to be giving people incorrect information. Countries Excluded From Free Starter Member - Complete List Are there countries not allowed in wa? Perhaps you could send a private message to Kyle or Carson asking for clarification. Anyone else is not really authorized to speak on their behalf.
I read it from here WA...Attached is the link: Updated List of Countries Excluded from WA. I also messaged Kyle and is awaiting his reply. Will let you know what he says.

You can access WA from the Philippines, no problem.
Filipinos can be free members now. That change was earlier this year.
