Go on sabbatical, come back to #2 on page 1
I certainly don't know how it happened, but there I am #2 on google page 1 under "abundant woman". Now of course, we all realize that someone has to type that specific phrase in...BUT I'LL TAKE IT! LOL Now, all I have to do is keep on a roll of inputting content. I told my husband this morning, I spent the better part of a week, watching relevant videos, reading books and other websites and taking notes. It's amazing when you know you have a lot to say and can't seem to get your thoughts organized enough to come across as knowledgeable and inspirational.
I am hoping my husband now doesn't mind me spending another better part of a week, or however long the writing bug keeps me in the flow to add enough content and proper keywords to possibly rank with other words and phrases.
I think I have more links to charitable organizations than I do affiliate sites, but I do have the adsense up and have made a whole $7.++, so I'm a happy camper! :-) I feel another couple of posts and/or pages of content and I'll feel more comfortable promoting the paying sites.
So, to make what was supposed to be a short blog even longer, just wanted to toot my horn and let those who have been following me know, I didn't disappear. I just needed to get the wind back in my sails, and I came back to some good news!!

Hi :) I just wanted to let you know that when I checked out your site a moment ago one of your articles, "...Sabotage of the Subconsious mind", was mostly blocked by an ad (I am using IE browser so maybe that is the cause). Your website does look great other than that :)

I really really mean that. It is fine sharing this now as your first big achievement, but don't make this a habit. This is a helpful community but there are back stabbers everywhere.
Imagine someone else who uses your niche seen that. They would copy your keyword and start writing to compete with you.
See where I am coming from?

Thanks Carla! I think I'm ready to start adding links to sites I'm an affiliate with. I still need more traffic, but am going to start looking at email lists in my niche to see how that works.
