Work Ethic
I was having a conversation with my nephew (13 years old ) the other day about work habits. He's a phenomenal athlete. Things kids his age struggle with he's able to do without trying. Watching him play sports is like watching summer turn in to fall, just sit back and enjoy the beauty. Everything happens automatically.... His talent is also his biggest crutch.
He's always been a B+ student. The problem is my nephew is a pretty lazy kid. lol. He does just enough to keep his grades to his parents standards, so he's able keep playing sports...
I was trying to explain to him, the same way you do anything is the same way you'll do everything. You would've thought I said something in a foreign language by the way he looked at me after I said that. lol.
How many of us are guilty of this? Do you we apply our selves 100% in everything we do? I'm guilty, procrastination is a big issue for me.... I guess I should've told him to work on being better today than you were yesterday.... Hm.
Thanks for reading.
Make it a great day.

Wise wisdom. Work ethic is a big deal, and true struggle. I try and remind myself to take things one paw at a time. Self discipline and self mastery are the keys to all success, and our greatest quest.
