Hey Everyone

Sharing with you what is needed before Google AdSense approve your website.

First, it is normal to get rejected and you have no idea why you are being rejected. It happened to me and I believe many experienced this as well.

1. Insufficient Content

It is recommended to have 20 articles published before applying.

2. Unacceptable Content

Your content has to be legitimate. Anything illegal will not be approved. Avoid adult content and alcohol and drugs as well.

3. Have a Privacy Page

Follow the training creating one

4. Have a contact us Page

You can just add a page About Us and Contact Us and mention to contact us leave a comment. It is better creating an email. There is a training if you need more info on this.

5. Easy to Navigate

Use menu to help you. It is also helpful for your readers as well.

6. Comply with Google AdSense Policy

Please read their policy first before applying

7. Consistent content

Do ensure you publish your content regularly. Ideally at least 1 article per week.

8. If still unable to get approval

In the event you have tried the above steps and still is unable to get approval. Look for alternatives.

Please leave your comments and suggestions.

If you need more information, please PM so that I can provide the links to you separately.

Hey Marc,

I've applied and re-applied several times with Google AdSense and was rejected repeatedly. My site is almost 3 years old with 185 posts and a decent 9.6K visitors a month. So I don't understand what more do I have to do.

I guess you're right, it's time to start looking for alternatives.

If you need the links to the alternatives let me know. 👍

Thanks Marc, appreciate the offer. If you can pm them to me so I can take a look.

Ok.

Hi Marc. Great post and very important to consider before applying for Adsense.
When I first started I did apply as the training recommended, but I did not have enough posts. Adsense did not prove useful but the fault was mine.
It should probably be recommended later on in the training once you have enough posted to get the traffic.
Thanks for sharing, this is a great post to read and remember if you want to add Adsense, wait until your site is ready.

Yes, make some efforts to meet thier requirements. There were no mention on the minimum contents needed in the training.

I would like to add that an affiliate disclosure and a cookie notice is needed too.
Thanks for sharing this :-)

Yes. Follow the training. Good point.

Good one,

Thanks for the tips!

Most welcome :) Do let me know if you need anything else.
