Distractions are Evil
No one truly understands how important it is for a writer to write. I was up finsihing homework, blog posts (that never got completed) graphic creations, and the list goes on. I am starting to think everyone waits until I am busy to start asking me questions, calling my name, wanting me to look at things. I thought it was me being on social media alot, however, I am rarely there. Someone is playing a joke on me. I don't have time for this!!!!! I am working on some great projects and I will not let these evil distractions get the best of me.
1. I meditate. I have to or else my ugly side will be my representative for the day. I am not a morning person as well as I am in pain majority of the time any way due to my recent illness. So time to collect as must postivie energy as I can is imparative to my day being successful.
2. I crawl out of bed if I am able to before everyone else and grab my laptop and just type my butt off. My niche is very unuiqe so I want to make sure that the content will keep my traffic engaged.
3. I set a time limit of how long I will spend doing writing. If I am working on something really good I may write all day. But that't my preference. It's hard for me to focus. Headache and nerve pain and so many other things causes me to just stop all together and do something else. Therefore, I let my body decide what I can and cannot do.
4. I always have coffee on deck!!!! There is no reason other than I love my coffee. I drink tea to keep the stress levels down, however coffee seems to help with the headaches.
5. By now, its time for my medicine and breakfast. The children are up and the hubby is leaving for work. I have accomplished alot and its only 6:30. The children who ever is up and ready to cook for me, as I cannot do it for myself. I love getting those plates with my food made into a smiley face!! So exciting.
6. I am full now and checking WA site. Responding to comments and liking comment and commenting and doing training and taking notes and blah, blah, blah. I have to limit my time here too because I will be here all day learning and engaging.
7. NAPTIME
**** I only wanted to share how my brain works. I do not sleep at night and that is the best time for me to get my trade charts marked up. Yes i am in the trade market it is so fun!!! After that the day is what it is. I do what I can when I can. If I do not get these things done before the entire house wakes up, I will not be successful in my business.
I just wanted to share how I am feeling and have been feeling lately.
I sprinkle love around the house so the evil distrators stay away...

Hi Sherriel. No wonder you have headaches, you seem to be burning the candle at both ends. Just reading what you do made me tired. I'm a morning person but by late afternoon I've run out if energy. At night time my brain and body are far to tired to do anything. All the best. Jim
I wish.. my headaches stem from neuro and spine so that is the reason I sleep during the day... triggers like light, and sound, etc cause it to be must worse. I just feel if I write when its most quiet I don't have to battle the headaches. Thanks for sharing your thoughts. I wish I was a morning person. Lighting makes my body react so strange... I will be sharing more about this because it's rare to the public but a lot of people suffer similar symptoms or worse...

It seems that despite your sufferings you somehow manage to get the important things done during the day. Keep pushing through the tough patches and you will succeed! I hope that your health gets better in time.
