Thinking it Through

Level 1 involved choosing a name for my domain. This part of the course was difficult for me. Trying to find an available name for my domain became a bit of challenge. I also started doubting the niche that I have chosen. I turned to Wealthy Affiliate members for opinions, and eventually, I just decided to go with what I'd already chosen. I'm determined to make this work. Motherhood is the one thing that I know well enough to write about daily. I do have some concerns as to the personal nature of my niche. I don't want to compromise the privacy of my family to the point that it seems like I am trying to market them as my product. However, I do want people to be comfortable with my site and feel like they can relate with my perspective on motherhood. That does require giving out some personal information.

I did enjoy the ease of using Name Cheap as a domain provider. I also liked the fact that it was super easy to transfer my website to my new domain.
