I think you should contact support. Just posting something technical here is probably not going to get you anywhere and the only reason I say this it's because I have seen you ask for a long while. Your Author name appears as majorie-terc and that's probably why you keep getting majorie's messages. Contact tech support and check if there is something they can do for you.
