Hi Folks,

If you’ve ever run Facebook ads (ahem.. Kyle's bootcamp!) or posted anything remotely interesting, you already know what happens next. Comments. Lots of them. Some are helpful, some are supportive, and some make you question humanity entirely.

In this vlog, I show you how to clean things up by using a feature inside your Facebook Page called Moderation Assist.

It lets you automatically hide the comments you don’t want showing up front and center while still giving you the option to approve anything worth keeping.

I walk through where to find the feature inside the Professional Dashboard and how to set rules that filter out the usual suspects.
For example

• People with no profile picture
• Comments containing certain keywords
• Those classic troll drive-by posts

Once your rules are set, Facebook auto-hides anything that matches your criteria and leaves you with a much calmer, more professional page. No more wrestling with trolls before you’ve had your morning coffee.

Auto moderation won’t eliminate every problem, but it will save you time, protect your brand, and make managing your page a whole lot easier.
