1909% Increase to a Lifeless Pinterest Account - Here’s How I Did It
1909% Growth From a “Dead” Pinterest Account!?
Hi Folks,
Most people think Pinterest is dead for traffic.
I thought the same… until I tested a simple system.
The result?
A 1909% increase on an account that was completely lifeless.
And no, it didn’t involve:
- Spamming 50+ pins a day
- Spending hours designing graphics
- Or buying into some expensive tool
Instead, it came down to a process that’s:
- Consistent
- Organized
- Repeatable
In this video, I show you:
- The exact growth numbers
- How I revived a “dead” account
- The system I now use daily to keep growth compounding
And if you want to go deeper, check out my new upcoming live class series where I walk you through the same scheduling strategy for all major social platforms:

This is great - I've got your spreadsheet now (thank you!), and I'm getting started. But I have 2 Q's - Do you then add text overlay to your pins? I know you said don't download any tobi pins from the top 3 in Pinterest, but do we make our own pins tobi? And do you have any advice on how far to spread out the posting of these in Pinterest, since we're using the same post url for each.
Here is what I do.
When targeting a specific keyword, I search it in Pinterest and look at the results landscape.
Meaning, I look how many TOBI, Collage and Image Pins are showing.
Then I based my decision as to how many TOBI, Collage and Image Pins I create for that keyword.
So, if 90% of the results landscape are image pins, that means Pinterest likes to place image pins for that keyword - thus I would create mostly image pins.
I post ONE PIN per URL per DAY.
So if I am posting 10 pins a day, I am pinning to 10 DIFFERENT URLS a day.
That is the benefit to having this spreadsheet as you can easily get overwhelmed without it.
Hey Jay,
Thanks for this video. I also organise my work but instead a spreadsheet, I use Chat and I create a new chat window for each keyword.
In the prompt, I always ask Chat to include the selected keyword in the title as well as in the description, plus I ask for a specific tone and style, and target audience.
Till the series will be available, PINTEREST! :)
