Ranked Under 200. What Does it Mean?

I have never been too sure about what my rank means but ,none the less, since I first joined Wealthy Affiliate in 2015 I have used it as my barometer. When my rank went down I worked harder but the trouble was when it went up I have to make a little confession, yep I slacked off.

The mysterious ranking number had become my driving force and today it dropped under 200. Was this time for a celebration and a little rest? Yes I can feel Mr Slack-off messing with my mind once again. What is it about this number that makes it so important to me?

If you are thinking your ranking being a low number makes you one of the Ambassadors at WA you would be wrong. Just check out the rank of some of the ambassadors and you will see what I mean.

Could it possibly mean that I have worked very hard on my website? I doubt it as a lot of the work that goes into my website is not done within Wealthy Affiliate. My research takes me all over the internet so how on earth would Wealthy Affiliate even know what I was doing.

The only solution I have found plausible is this; the more you do within the Wealthy Affiliate community the lower your ranking number will be.

So folks, if you want your number way on down then help others in the community by answering questions, using the comments section to leave comments on members posts, share what you know with others, etc.

I feel very proud of my 196 rank but as yet have no idea why I got it or what it truly means. Until I find out I will continue using it as my performance barometer and see where it goes from here. That is why I am saying this is a success post.
