My EOFY Assessment

I guess when I say I am doing an end of financial year assessment you can be forgiven for thinking I will talk about the massive amounts of money I earned this year but that is not what I am assessing. This is an assessment of me personally and my efforts this year.

At two months into my third year at WA, I should be able to say I have my eye on the ball and have never strayed from the straight and narrow but if I said that I would be telling, at best some pretty big fibs, at worst flaming big lies.

Have I reached my goals this year? I have not. I have fallen into the distraction trap and have spent far too much time chasing shiny new toys. The truth is I have flip flopped around like a big fish in a shrinking little puddle.

Now I plan to get back on track. Ten months from now I hope my EOFY assessment will be full of positive results. I will be able to say I have reached every goal and reaped the rewards of my dedication. There will be no more distractions, no more chasing after shiny toys and no more of those avoidance tactics that I have used this year.

Now hear this folks, my year of hopping from place to place like a demented grasshopper is ending today. From this day forward I plan to set my goals and work hard to achieve every step on my journey. Wealthy Affiliate gives me the tools but they don't work if I don't use them so this year I plan to wear them out and come back for a new set.
