Awesome Help at WA
I have always been impressed with the help available at WA. When you have a problem the community will rally around and give you the help you need.
The 24/7 chat is great because regardless of where you are in the world there is always someone there who can help you out.
The ask the community feature is also pretty fast and I have always been impressed by the willingness of everyone to help a newbie when they need it.
A few days ago I had a serious problem that neither the community nor 24/7 chat could fix and I had to take it to tech support. I expected to have to wait at least until the next day for a solution so you can imagine my surprise when the problem was fixed in a few minutes.
The prompt response made me realize just how good WA really is. If there were a lot of problems the response would have been slower so it is obvious Wealthy Affiliate has very few technical problems. That is awesome.
I have been in other programs that took up to 24 hours and more to give a solution to a problem but this is my first experience with a practically instant response.
As Kyle would say Wealthy Affiliate really rocks and I would have to agree with him.

So awesome to hear about your help Margaret, we truly are a community full of a lot of really great people and I am glad you are getting to experience this "pay it forward" and selfless mentality. :)
Absolutely true Kyle. Sometimes it is a bit scary because it makes me realize how much more I have to learn. My motto is Never Give Up.
