Am i the only one having issues tying to get my money back? I cancelled my membership before my anniversay but i still got charged. I emailed few days ago Carlson and Support team they are not getting back to me Instead Carlson is sending me an email about black Friday promotion I don't understand why he is doing this. i dont really understand why they are forcing me to pay for something that I already cancelled. If i don't get my money I am gonna have to call my bank hopefully they will be able to help me .Beaware guys if you cancel your memebership make sure to check your bank account cause it looks like evenif you cancel the memebership they will pretend that your memebership didnt get cancelled and they will still charge you. I am not here for drama or anything just want my money back that's all.

The moment you registered your card to this platform is the moment you signed auto subscription, they never ask you to confirm the subscription, it's just automatic, I feel you though you have to make sure you cancel your membership in the right way otherwise your money will always get away.

I did cancel the membership the correct way and i made sure it was done before my anniversary. It's been days no response from Carlson or Support which is kind of frustrating.
I would just advice you repeat the cancellation once again. Just try to be safe, for am sure they will still fetch more cash in the next anniversary, is it monthly or yearly,??
You need to go to Account Settings >Subscription Settings > Membership > Stop Billing & Cancel Membership. Sending an email doesn't work.

That is what I did even went through a series of questions where they try to convince me not to cancel the membership and i made sure I went through all of that and cancel it.
