I am afraid it's gone, you can try to search your history and see if Google has a cache file on it.
Go to the browser, click on the left side on the arrow with the right mouse button, you'll get a drop-down, show all history, and see if your URL is in there.
I might be lucky
After posting and publishing my article it was moved by mistake to trash and removed again from trash, How do I recover it ?
It might also be a good idea to make copies of all your postings to keep on your computer.
You're welcome. I lost all my work once. I spilled ice tea on the laptop. Now I keep a backup on a thumb drive. I'm thinking about caving in to that cloud technology.
The only way you could recover that would be support as a backup so contact them and ask if they can help.
