In Case You Forgot to Save.

Hey guys, so a lot of you helped me out last night when I realized that I had accidentally refreshed my entire website page without saving a really long article I had worked on all night. I really thought I had lost two hours of work that I had put in, and I realized what I had done the second after I clicked refresh! It was definitely a terrible feeling, but a lot of you helped me restore it and actually learn something new. This is one of the many reasons I love the WA community. Everyone is helpful and I am always learning something new through one of you so thank you for that!

I wanted to share what I learned after talking to some of you so that others can be aware of this in case anyone forgets to save a post like I did! If you ever refresh and don't save your work into a draft, go to all posts, click on the article you were working on, go down to revisions, and click on the last revision made. It will show you what you forgot to save on the right as well as what you already have on the left. It will give you the option to restore the auto save. Click that, and that will be your updated article. Then click update so it stays that way the next time you open it. Hope this helps some of you!
