My Creator Rank Needs Refibrillation
It appears that my creator rank has flat lined. I think it needs defibrillation. I am surprised that nothing counts for the creator rank except these blogs. So, anyway here is a blog.
In general I have been keeping busy. Over the last couple of weeks I put down laminate flooring throughout the most part of the main floor of a customer's house. I am happy to report that they are very pleased with the result. Now they want ceramic tile in the entry so I will get at that next week.
I did some more work on my affiliate site. I added four blog posts. 1. Domain registration, Whois security and an affiliate link to Namecheap. 2. How to add a domain to WA hosting with a link to Kyle's video. 3. How to build a WordPress website and a link to Kyle's video how to build a website in 30 seconds. 4. Explained keyword research and optimization with an affiliate link to Jaaxy. Fairly basic stuff. I want to build them out more with more "interesting content". I am averaging a click a day. Theoretically I should get a referral once a week at that rate but not so far. So I'll just have to get more convincing that WA is the place to be.
I built specifications for an Exchange 2010 server's SSL Certificate to secure the domains that the server will be handling email for. I then shopped for the best deal for the certificate to secure my customers 5 mail domains. I acquired the certificate and the verification from the domain administrative contacts, installed the certificate and documented the whole process from beginning to end. I am happy to report that my customer is pleased with that result.
I spend about two hours every morning and two hours late every afternoon with my dogs. I walk with them a couple of kilometers every day before feeding. The snow has been melting slowly this last week and the birds are starting to come back. I am starting to get optimistic that Spring has really arrived. I sure hope it will be an early Spring this year for a change.
I have been reading a lot of blogs lately since I started following back all my followers. I have also been trying to participate in the discussions as they come up. Some I just can't help because I don't know how but I "Like" the comments that teach me and I also like "liking" the questions affiliates ask each other. The answers are so helpful for everyone.
I think I see a bump in that creator rank flat line now so I will let you guys get back to work. I hope this blog isn't too long. I don't like reading the really long ones either.

And you are right too. I have to quit looking at those little graphs. I kinda gauge my progress with them but maybe I should just spend the time on my sites instead and gauge my progress by my traffic instead.

Hello there MW, Do you know why your creator rank went down? I'm rather new and do not understand that yet. However I did read your blog and it's good your getting work and you done such a good job they want you to do more work. That is a plus! =) I read you walk your dogs and then feed them. They would feel better if you fed them and then walked them. It helps their digestion process when they exercise after eating. They feel better, less gassy if you have experienced that wonderful aroma. lol We had to put our old man (dog) not the husband.. down last March and he was 17. This was a learn as you go for me. Thought i'd share with ya. Blessings to you and I look forward to working with you in the future.

Thanks for your comments. The creator rank didn't go down it just wasn't moving. WA likes us to blog because they get ranked on the search engines and that is good for our businesses.
I have thought about feeding my guys first but being in the country sometimes they will chase rabbits and other critters and that would not be so good for them on a full stomach. Summer is coming so they will be out more with me in the yard after they eat too.
This morning I took the dogs for a short walk, fed them, then took them out for another longer walk. They came back in easily (they probably thought they were going to eat again LOL). I am going to try switching it around as you suggest and see how it goes. I thought about them running/chasing after eating and it doesn't happen that often. You are right that it would be better for them to exercise a little after eating rather than just laying around.

I looked at your site last night and left you a comment. I like your idea it truly can help people looking for that type of a career. I notice a page not found error on your drop down menu. You should put at # in the descriptor so it doesn't try to look for a page. Other than that it looks good just gotta keep working on your content.
You should tell the whole story how you got your promotion when you watched the other guy doing his job and told your boss you would do it for no wages to prove yourself when he left etc. I read it in one of your comments to one of the other members about a week ago.

You are right. I could have spent the time on my sites last night instead. I try to read and comment to all the success blogs and haven't hardly heard from anyone on my own so I think you are right. I spend to much time reading inspiration and others success. Maybe I'll do less of that and just read the useful training that pops out once in a while instead.
