Young and inexperienced. Ambitious and ready to learn.
Going into college, I have two goals before I graduate. First, I want to be on a path to creating a business that makes people happy. Second, I want to have enough passive income so I'll never have to worry about getting a job after I graduate (I hate interviews–don't get me wrong, I'm good at them and I love talking to people–but the idea of working for someone in a boring 9-5 job sounds worse than death).
Currently, I'm applying what I learned in my entrepreneurial studies to work on my first goal but lately, I've been scourging the internet on how I could achieve the second. After spending long nights researching the web and watching YouTubers such as TheLazyStoner and DeadBeatAffiliate, I got hooked on the idea of affiliate marketing. After diving more into the specifics of monetizing websites for passive income, I stumbled upon Wealthy Affiliate. After doing more research into the program, I feel that it's a necessary course for success in the world of affiliate marketing but being a "broke college student," I'm quite hesitant to get the premium membership (but you gotta spend money to make money right?). Other than that I really like the program. I'm young, inexperienced, ambitious, ready to learn, and I'm looking forward to being a new member in the Wealthy Affiliate community.
