What to Write?

As you may or may not know, I am very new to Wealthy Affiliates and the enitre "social media" platform. In short, I have zero experience and so I am fumbling and bumbling my way through all of this.

I have thus far, thanks to my training here at WA, I have a website. Great now what, we need traffic! Lets face it, its not called the WORLD WIDE WEB for nothing. You can have the greatest content and the best "key words" for SEO (search engine optimization) but you still need traffic.

One of the ways I am trying to increase traffic is by crossing social media platforms, such as pinterest, instagram and Youtube. I have each of these although I have yet to make any Youtube videos but that is coming soon.

This is a post about what to write. When I went to my pinterest analytics I discovered something rather interesting. The top two ranking pins were articles on the similar topics. One was a list of five craft beers to try on the Fourth of July and the other was an article about a new beer.

What I found interesting and the reason for this post is that these articles were relatively short and took only a few hours to write. And yet with each passing day people still are going to these article.

So what can we all learn from these examples? First, people love lists! Second, people want to discover "new" things.

If this is true, then the answer to the question of "what to write?" is simple: make a list or write of something new in your niche.

A great list can be the gift that keeps on giving.
