My Play Progress in WA Internet Technology Playground
I remember it well, the day I signed up for WA. I was on holiday in Greece and I had time on my hands and space in my mind to explore the amazing possibility of making money online.
Now you have to know that me and technology have a love/hate relationship. I love how technology can benefit us human beings and I hate how we’ve come to depend on it.
Not only that, having to deal with technical issues would make me run for the hills several months back. I had a business website live already but always paid a webmaster to do the nitty gritty work at the back end for me. I just couldn’t face it. It took too much of my energy as I was too busy with doing the ‘real work’, which was teaching kids yoga and training people. I was too busy. Fair enough, I say. You can imagine how much money I spent on this guy.
I can’t remember exactly what got me hooked in the end, I think it was one of those face book adverts about an affiliate marketing webinar. I joined the webinar and got interested. After this I did my research and ended up with WA. Haven’t regretted it till so far.
Getting my message out there!
In my business I had reached the point where I realised: Luna, you have amazing products and a great service already on offer. But not enough people know of it! You need to get it out there. In other words, I was ready for some training and coaching on this.
What I have learnt in the past months I will especially use for selling my own products and services, which I feel very excited about!
I created educational material on Kids Yoga, I offer an International Kids Yoga Teacher training and online Profound Wellbeing Coaching grounded in the Three Principles by Sydney Banks.
I have learnt so much in such a short space of time. Because I felt taken by the hand I gained the trust and confidence to take the necessary baby steps every single day and become friends with internet technology. Revolution! I have promised myself to stop as soon as I stop enjoying it and this hasn’t happened yet!
I feel like a child in a giant technology playground, amazing myself about all the possibilities and tools available here at WA.
Writing Mojo
The greatest take away for me in the last 2 months is that I found my writing mojo. I had no idea I would enjoy the writing so much. I was afraid of writing because English is my second language. Yes, it is challenging at times but it is so lovely when I find myself in the flow and the words just come. It is a bit of juggle creating the time but I’m happy thus far. It is so great that I can go about it in my own pace.
Big Thank You!
Thank you to all of you who have been helping and supporting me up till now, it has been great connecting with you and I hope to keep receiving and giving the support that we all so need to get through the tough moments.
The best advice to follow in those moments when we are tired and think this will never be possible for us, is: “Don’t quit, just take a rest!”
Enjoy the journey everyone.
Namasté Yay,
Luna Joy
