Got my site on Google Analytics and Google Console. Published first post!
Hello everyone! I'm still new here, with only a mere five days under my belt. But I have now set up my site to be tracked by Google Analytics and Google Console. I just started my journey only five days ago, but I am very inspired and motivated to create a strong foundation for my site so that I can now focus on just creating content and hopefully see some growth. I have also submitted a request to have my site be indexed by Google. We'll see what happens.
I'm not yet a premium member, though I can't wait to be one so that I can gain access to all the great lessons available here on WA! Thankfully, I have a relative who is well versed in website creation and growing sites on Google. So in the meantime I will try to learn what I can from him and from various online sources. But I am truly excited to join premium when the time comes!
This might be a foolish goal, but I want to get my business to the point where it can be self sustaining by the time I move to premium. So I'm hoping that I can be making at least $50 a month before I make the leap to premium. Please let me know if that sounds too difficult to be a reasonable goal, because I don't know yet how successful a standard starter membership can be.
I also just created my first real content for my site, a 1,000+ word blog post.
These are the milestones that I've hit so far, and I'm excited to see what I can accomplish next!

I look at Premium as an investment in myself and my future and feel the price is worth the knowledge I will get from going premium. I would go premium and set the goal to be making a return on that Premium price by the 90 day mark - and then go on a 90 day run - putting a good amount of productive activities into each day, blogging, building a list, sharing on social sites, keyword research, linking, commenting, etc.
This seems like a great way of going about it! I wouldn't mind investing in premium and I'm certain that the price is worth it and that it would help growth be faster etc., though I am curious if anyone can be remotely successful without premium. Obviously $50 per month isn't a lot, so I think it would be an interesting experiment to see if it's possible to get the business self sustaining before even spending any money as an investment on it.
I may change my mind, but I am genuinely curious to see if it's possible.
