WHAT CAN I DO TO MAKE SURE THAT THE CONTENT I PUBLISH ON MY WEBSITE IS QUICKLY INDEXED( ATLEAST WITHIN 72HOURS) BY GOOGLE?
As soon as you publish your content there will be a chance that it can be read and evaluated by google team for indexing, but if you want it to be noticed by them right away then you have to type your URL and then send it to them to request for indexing but without doing it they will still review it, because they have plenty people to monitor all the contents being posted. But one of the big factor that can possibly make your post be indexed is its valuable content, the title of it, grammar and punctuations, and of course the spellings, and etc., therefore, before publishing your content make sure you utilize the Wealthy Affiliates number one grammar, spelling, phrases, and punctuation checker which is provided to us by Kyle and Carson. Thanks for sharing your very important question.
Just to add, the process would be faster as you gain googles trust and becoming an authority in the niche. That means writing informational quality content with awesome keywords.
There is never anything that does it 100% it will depend on your content but you can submit your url into the google site console if you get that set up. It will then consider it based on criteria .
Not sure where you are up to on the training but its covered.
It important though to remember there is a difference to being indexed and ranked. The latter takes much longer. I hope that helps Phil

The more you publish content on your website on regular basis, the faster it will get to be indexed in Google.
That said, it also depends on the quality of the content, the length, SEO practices, etc.
Have you set up Google Search Console yet?
If not, you can check this training on how to set it up: Setting Up Google Search Console How To Verify Google Search Console, Submit Sitemap and Fetch As Google If you already have GSC set up, then you can submit your blog post URL to GSC and request for indexing right after you just published the post.
I put it into a habit where I submit my newest blog post URL to Google Search Console and request for indexing.
All the best,
Ferra
