I'm enjoying following a low G.I. Diet at the moment ... Actually like the recommended food, and coping ok with the accompanying exercise. And I've lost a couple of kg over the last 4 weeks. Maybe you could write about this programme

My Progress So Far

So I have just completed the second qualification course and I am loving the technical aspect of it all mucking around with the editor and trying to make this look pretty however I am still having a bit of trouble with making my content as informative as I would like but I guess that just comes with time. Hi Luca I have spent a about 10 mins researching weight loss and associated search term and it seems that you are up against competition what is pretty tough.

If I was you I would narrow down the niche to something more attainable like best "products weight loss"

Hi! Agree with Fourtuna, too broad. You could narrow it by being "natural weight loss supplements", "homeopathic weight loss solutions", ...Good luck!
