Newbie and confused!
I’m new here and I’m just feeling this all out. I have no idea how this works and I’m not ready to be paying on something until I know exactly how this works and if it works. I’m retired after 32 years with Dept. of Social Services in a very tough job. I’m on retirement pay and I don’t spend my fixed income freely. Maybe someone can explain this whole process to me.
