Then contact the credit card company and inform them that you have cancelled the subscription but the WA system isn't responding.

I need to end my subscription for family reasons, but am having trouble?

I will have to close the credit card entirely and would rather not have to do that. I requested my account to be set back to Free about 2 weeks ago and was told that was done. I was given well wishes and a welcome to come back. Then my card was charged again a day or so ago! This is ridiculous not to be able to contact a support person directly without going through a public forum.
Please close my account completely ASAP! If this is NOT done please let me know.

A lot of people love golf. And there's many products available out there. I think it's a great idea.
