I want to setup a forward of my website email account will I loose all the emails stored in my folders?
No, what you are basically setting up is a directive for your web-based URL dedicated email account to forward incoming emails to the email account of your choosing.
In simple terms, you are just redirecting those emails, so you do not lose anything.
What I do is create a label for that emails so when they arrive it is easy to identify and keep track of them.

Hey Alex do you know what happens to the emails that are filled in the folders in the email account if I setup a forward?
Okay, Louis, the email will just end up in your primary folder, like I mentioned we can create labels that are associated with emails so they can be easily identified and also it is an easy way to manage and view the email associated with that label.
