Just a note on the previous organisation, I wrote around 30 blogs there and was never ranked. I am sure you know how much work goes into one blog - never mind 30! WA training truly is something special.

The best advise I can give you is this: follow the training - that is all I have done, followed the training and worked hard at making sure I do what the training says I should.
If I can do this, you can too - go for it!
