Persistence in you dreams

Back when I was in boot camp in the military, they would have us do things that would mess with you both physically and mentally. Fast forward to where I am in life now, I look back and reminice with my army buddies and the question that always arises is "Do you think we can do that today in the shape we are in?"

Well, I know for sure that a good portion of our unit would end up in the trauma center due to being physically out of shape. The other part of the equation, is the mental aspect of what we went through.

Back then we did as we were told or else we would be doing pushups till the cows came home. Which was very invigorating to say the least. Being younger back then, there wasn't any question as to what we needed or had to do. Our minds were't filled with fluff.

Nowadays, with having more resposibilities and such. We have to fight urges to just un-follow what our wiley minds tell us to do, The scenario is similar to watching Netflix and telling ourselves that we can work on our business later.

Well if we don't persist on a daily basis we would never get anywhere and reach any of our dreams. I want you guys to take a look at this email I got from one of my mentors about persistence and tell me what you think. Are you persisting every day towards your dreams? Or are you watching Netflix?

Remember we have a choice to change our future outcome. Nobody else can do it for us.
