Years ago a friend of mine taught me how to meditate. He was taught by an African witchdoctor. Over the years I gained much benefit from the meditation and would like to share the technique with the wealthy affiliate community. It is very easy to do and has a marvelous affect.
First you lay down on your bed or couch. Remove your shoes to help with energy flow. So after laying flat on your back, relax your hands by your side's by stretching out your fingers and having your palms flat on the mattress. Focus on yourself and don't worry about the noise outside.
As you breathe in you say to yourself 're and as you breathe out you say lax. So focus on your breathing and say the word relax to match your breathing. I meditate an hour a day and I enjoy this ritual. It helps me to energize myself.
The idea of meditating is to help increase your energy levels so that your life is less stressful and healthier. I wish this for anyone who needs more energy and relaxation in their lives. All the best to you in this easy to use meditation technique. Regards Louise
