"A Father's Struggle"n(A True Story) written by lotto himself.

Many of yall might know me as LottoMon3yBagz the up coming Rap/R&B artist in Riverdale, GA. But you might not know or have a clue or even care, but yes i am currently homeless with no where to rest my head. Why? You may wonder. Because 4 months ago I decided to make the biggest decision in my life. With no family, Kin folks or blood relatives here in the state of Georgia the only family I had (mother, baby brother, 2 sisters and nieces & nephew) moved to West Palm Florida. I made the choice to stay because I have a 6yr old daughter (Sikaiia Nyaire Johnson) and a 1 month new born son (Jae'Vion Anthony Lee Johnson) Because of my kids is the reason I made the choice to stay, I couldn't put or wouldn't put any distance between me and my kids. Knowing MANY people but having very few who you can call a friend has left me with really no support or anyone to lean on. But I told myself I don't care if I become homeless I will not leave my kids. Im blessed to say I have a job to take care my responsibilities as a father but even it's income is not manageable to maintain. Im just working a 9-5 to stay alive. But my kids won't be without as long as God gives me the strength and the will to make way each day. Im telling my story because I bare no shame upon my heart in my situation because I love my kids and I'll walk this earth until my feet bleed, I'll give my last breath for them to breath and I'll starve first for them to eat. I want my bold decision to be life changing towards fathers who are not taking care there kids. Let my story give you strength to stand the fuck up and do what you gotta do for yo kids. You was willing to lay down and bust one in her then be man enough to take care of yo actions. I've been homeless with help from a few who brought me in but was only for a period of time and Lord bless them for there help. But because God has something greater in store for me staying under there roof didn't last long for me. Since day one of being homeless the mother of my son Ameshia Martin has stood by my side and walked these streets every night of me being homeless, even when she was 8 months pregnant she still wouldn't sleep to know I was homeless. She told me " Bae Who Gives Ah Fuck What Ppl Say !. We Doing This For Us. We Gonna Get On Our Feet. We Gotta Crawl Before We Walk. Ppl Gonna Try To Do What Ever They Can To Down Us, Fuck Us Up, Think We Not Gonna Get Right But What We Gotta Do Is Keep Our Head Up And Show These Ppl We Will Go Throu Thunder Storms Like Its No Problem." Those words pierced my heart. I thank God for her because no one in my life has stood by me through thick and thin other then God 1st and her 2nd. I ask that you share my story to those who will listen and pray for my success for the good of my family. I always prayed "Lord help me be the better father you know I can be, rather then a better father I know I can be, Lord help me to be a better man you know I can be, rather then a better man I know I can be." In with those words I will stand on top of my tribulations with God's will. Let my story touch those who read it as I pour my love and blessings to you and your family and kids and I send my love and blessings to y'all with all my soul God Bless. 5:34am August 14th 2013

Hey Lotto,

Your story touched my heart in so many ways. Yes, it has been some years since you wrote this. I hope everything is well. You have a special gift that has your back in everything thing you do. Your lady is precious indeed. A lot of men cannot say they have that in their corner, a strong woman by their side.

It is 2018 as three years have passed. I truly hope you found your dreams in life. You sound just like my father that is no longer with us. I will share your story and hope that it will help others like it inspired me.

Nothing is more greater than you, my brother :-)

Hey bro, I'm 51, a father, uncle and grandfather.your writings will do well without the profanity though. But I feel ya, coming from the islands life was tough sometimes. Let me say a prayer with you for a moment. I call on the mighty gracious spirits to guide you and protect you, and all like myself wishing for my wife to recover from surgery. Be blessed and you will be blessed. I hope the best for you in your situation
