Here's a little inspiration I read in one of the emails I received today:

1. Revisit your WHY. Really take some time and give this some solid thought. What gets you out of bed in the morning? What makes you burn with passion?

2. Know exactly where you're going. Set a one year goal that makes you "uncomfortable". Yes, it's time to get out of that comfort zone baby! It should stretch you but not be SO BIG that it feels unattainable. Next, work that goal backwards from 12 months, months, 6 months, 3 months, 1 month, week and day.

3. Focus on increasing your skills. Fear can stop us in our tracks; but if we feel confident in our skills to talk to people, share a message with them, follow up and answer their questions and objections, enroll them as a customer or as a rep and then teach them how to do the same....that will help us take actionwhich will eventually help us look fear in the face and go for it anyway. Once you master your skills, you'll master fear. The good news is, everyone can learn skills. With enough of the right training, it's just a matter of time before you are confident and actually having FUN building your business!! This is the goal, right?!
