Kia Ora everyone.
I just felt compelled to write about my progress so far.
I have been here at WA on and off for the past two years. I really struggled at the start of my journey here because I wanted it to work out so much that I tried to rush things along and I just ended up burning myself out. I also had this naive approach of thinking I'm going to see results overnight more or less. I eventually started doubting myself and through the towel in.
Luckily for me though I'm not one who gives up very easily and in late April of this year I decided to give this WA thing another crack.
I have since learned from my previous mistakes and I'm just taking my time and doing what I can do whenever I can. My job takes up a lot of my time as I work up to 60+ hours a week and I have three teenagers in my care, so finding time to do this can be challenging at times.

But I'm making progress,my website is not quite where I would like it to be but it is coming along. I have only written 10 post so far with 2 of those post on the first page of Google and couple of others on page 2 or 3 for my keywords, I have made 3 affiliate sales making me $57.94.
I have been following the tutors in the Certification course where I'm up to Course 3 Lesson 7, The point I'm trying to make is even though my progress is slow if you put the effort in and follow the steps in the tutors to a tee, it is possible to see results.
I have read a lot posts on others websites here and I can see they are making the same mistakes I made when I first started. There posts are rushed, lack of detail with under 500 words and are just plain crappy and boring.
Kyle wrote to me in a message when I came back and I explained to him what my struggles were and what he wrote has resonated with me ever since.

"It is most people's reason for failure, SPEED. Everything wants everything fast and now..but the reality is a business takes time.
We invest 4 years to go school to get an OK job, yet we want success in the first month. lol It is funny how we as humans operate!"
