How do I link my jaaxy account with my premium account to get full access on jaaxy without having to pay another monthly fee?
They are two separate programs. Jaaxy has three choices: free up to 30 searches and then there is the pro version and the enterprise.

Jaaxy is separate from the WA you cannot link it to your account here. If you want to use Jaaxy you will have to pay the seperate monthly fee for Jaaxy.
If you're not keen on paying another fee, the WA keyword tool here uses the same search parameters, it just does not have all the other features that Jaaxy has.
