It's all been something we have gone through; we've all been unemployed at some time in our careers. We have felt the frustration, the loneliness, and the feeling of worthlessness that raises its ugly head when we get rejection one interview after another. This type of belief can even happen when we just aren't as successful as we would like. This happened with me. When I entered my middle ages I suddenly found that all the expertise I had gained over the years were in vain. It truly felt like I was no longer able to contribute to society, not a good feeling I assure you.

They allow you to feel better and see opportunities where none existed and feel like you have something to contribute to society. In short, they give you hope where there was none.

I have researched this topic for a while now and one thing I've noticed is the renewed feeling people get when they see possibilities for their life. People's emotions change, their family situation changes, their health improves and they believe they can help others and encourage them.

Some of those effects include a more positive outlook, positive attitude, and the recognition of potential changes in their lives. They can help each of us recognize our potential contribution to societal functions in both our personal life and in society.
