Confused About Rank?

Ok -- You spend as least an hour composing this blog. You've been here a little while and you're confused about rank. Have you received ANY compensation or compliments based on your rank from WA? I thought so.
I was all wrapped up in this rank thing when I first joined a couple of months ago. All of a sudden I looked up and my rank went south of 200. I thought I was setting some kind of record and then in a couple of weeks, It was south of 100 and a couple of buttons popped off my shirt.
But, I had still not received any money or compliments or recognition; nothing, from the head office. Also, I was still struggling for the Third time, starting a website with "Three different niches".

So, I began asking members who had been here over two-three years and were actually making money, to see what I was doing wrong. That's when I discovered that "Mr. Congenialty" wasn't getting ahead with NO website. I was bravely and boldly told that "rank" would not put one dime in my pocket or food on my table. "A Light Bulb Came On". You only make money if you have a website running smoothly and you're feeding it relative and readable content two to three time per week. :-(:-(:-( My rank elation suddenly went to reality depression.
Then, as if the Hand of God leading me, my eyes fell upon a blog by (Eddy with a y) that yanked me out of depression and back to reality. It spoke to me, almost audibly, and as if he was reading my mind, explained the simplicity of this business. He said, "At the end of the day here's what you need to realize about this business. It Boils Down To YOUR CONTENT. Ain't No More to It!"
I should have known that "Mr. Congenialty" wasn't going to make any money with "Hey you'al, welcome to WA. Hope you lots of success here. If you need any help, everybody here is willing to take you by the hand and help you become successful."( Lower Rank Talk)
After ranting on about all of this, I'm still happy I'm here; the best platform on the Internet and are looking forward to breaking into the ranks of the Wealthy Affiliates. Sho Nuf!
