I have watched and listened to the helpful information... I'm still stuck ... I like a lot of things ... But I'm so new in this field... I can't decide what to go with ... I though

Think about the things you're passionate/knowledgeable about. Even if you think that it's too obscure - you've got to remember that as you be an amazon affiliate you can make money from the most obscure niche.
If you really can't think of anything then promote WA - the beauty of promoting WA is that they walk you step by step through promoting it.
