Looks like you have already set it up.
Now you must put your Google+ ID into your Account Settings and remember to put it in your wordpress once you have a website.

Want to join webtalk but need an ID to signup and dont know who the person was.
I signed up but have twice apparently been sent a verification email but received nothing!!!! Not the best start!!!!
