Long Hiatus

I'm finally back after taking two long breaks! Between financial issues and dog issues (which caused the financial issues) I am finally feeling free enough to jump back into WA! Its been a long year and a half with my beloved Duchess dealing with Lymphoma. She had a complete 20 weeks of Chemo last year and was in remission until February this year, the Lymphoma had affected her eye when it returned. After being told in April and May to expect her to succumb in a month or two I had been going through a roller coaster of emotions. She then developed Glaucoma in that eye and had to have it removed. That turned out to be the best thing for her as she is feeling much better and happier, she made it through her 8th birthday is June and is still going strong. Still getting Chemo but only every 3 weeks now instead of weekly. So I'm glad to be back and feeling like I can finally focus on something else.
