No, I am not leaving I am just re-motivating myself.

I have been struggling with confidence and it has set me back for the past few months. Certain events, which I will not go into, knocked my confidence for six and I have been trying ever since to regain my inspiration.

That inspiration has come to me in the past few days from two WA members who I consider to be dear friends, although we have never met. Lol.

Anyway, I have reset my goals and given myself something real and tangible as a target for a year. In my job I work very long hours and have been finding time to concentrate, although not recently, on WA and my sites.

I have not had a real holiday for a very long time and have never travelled abroad. So I have set myself a challenge. By September 2016, I will travel on a plane and experience the holiday of a lifetime.

However, to achieve this, I need to work diligently through the rest of the lessons and on my sites and get them back to and beyond where they were a few months ago.

So, I am taking the gloves off and will be dedicated to not only the WA training but to meeting the target I have set myself.

To most people, this may seem like nothing, but to someone who has never left the country she was born in, believe me, it is HUGE. I also feel that I am following the golden rule in setting goal by doing it the SMART way.

S = Simple
M = Measurable
A = Achieveavle
R = Realistic
T = Timely

Goals are important in business and in life so it is important to make them and keep them :D.

Keep persevering.

Your writing and posting this blog is a big step toward building confidence in yourself. I also think seeing another part of the world will be the experience of a lifetime. There is nothing like it!

My only advice to you at the time is to pace yourself as you are also working a full-time job. It is difficult to focus after a long day. Perhaps budget your time in a way that also gives you time to relax. Kick back listen to some music (put a notepad and pen beside you) and let your mind go for 30 mins. You will uncover many ideas floating around in your head and also allow yourself time to transition from your day job to perfecting your very own online business. Make sure it is a niche that can be effectively monetized… How competitive is it? google it and see what comes up. Study what you find and see how you can do it better, etc. Consider these things to insure your success.

You will get there… just manage your time well and take time to relax your mind so that it will deliver for you. :) Best of luck. Today was a great start. There are many here more than ready and willing to help when and if you find yourself feeling stuck or low. Julie

Hi Julie,

Thank you so much for your kind words of wisdom. I must admit that I do tend to forget about the relaxation times that are needed to bring body and mind together. I, unfortunately, do not have confidence in abundance generally and thank you so much for the reminder that I will need to incorporate more relaxation and 'me time' into my schedule to avoid burnout.

How are you doing? It is good to see you back. I hope your recovery has been gentle.

Blessings and best wishes.

Lis.

My recovery is long… I am doing well and now 12 weeks of healing behind me and feeling very good. Starting to work a little each day… but pacing myself. Thank You for asking. :) I am around here on a limited basis. if you need anything, just pm me… I will get it.

I am so glad that everything is going well with your recovery and you are gradually improving and feeling better :). I will PM you if I need any help. Thank you for the offer.

You will be delighted to see new
countries. Good luck and all the best reaching your goals.

Hi Nemira and thank you,

I feel it will be a great experience and I really looking forward to reaching that goal.

Of course you will reach it, just it takes time. Good luck:)

Can totally relate, Lis! Am lovin' your renewed enthusiasm and determination!

Hi Cathy, thank you. This is just the kick that I needed to get me going again LOL.

Congratulations on your rethinking, regrouping and taking time to work out a realistic plan and goals that fit with your needs and desires. That takes a lot of maturity and perseverance. Best wishes to you.
Harold

Thank you so much, Harold.

I was a little lost for a while, but now I feel that I am back with a vengeance. A lot to catch up on. There is a saying that 'where there is a will there is a way' and I have found my way once again.

Good for you. I am looking forward to following you again.
Harold

I am so glad that you shared this. I have been struggling lately too. It was weird, when I first joined, I was so gung-ho about WA, wrote my goals and started Bootcamp training and no one could tell me that I wouldn't be a success at affiliate marketing. Then, I lost my some of my confidence (especially when I would peruse other members' blogs/websites) and my enthusiasm....I don't know your situation, but I am glad to read that you are not giving up. Neither am I. I just updated my goals, and I am just starting again...

Hi Margaret,

It is great to know that this has been an inspiration to you also. It does happen from time to time where the enthusiasm you had at the beginning fades. The important thing is that you have not given up and revisited your goals. :).

You can do this and I know I can :D. The only way to fail is to give up and with WA that is not an easy option. You find that you have too many people rooting for you and that rekindles the inspiration that you thought you had lost.

The community is a very powerful tool.
------------------------------------------

I just noticed that I have not been following you, but I am now :D.

PM me if you ever need help, inspiration or anything.

Lis.

Thank you for the follow & if you need anything, let me know as well.

I will do and thank you :)

I have three words for you Lisa "YES YOU CAN!"

Thank you, Clyde :)

It took me a little while, but I now know I can.

Life throws some really curvy balls at times....but we are the best of the best when it comes to batting! Anytime you need help....a shoulder....remember I am always here....so are many others!

Life does hit you when you least expect it at times. Thank you, Rosie for reminding me that I am not alone and I will take you up on the offer if I ever need a shoulder in the future :).

Please do.......I promise that trying to be the strong one and doing it all yourself....well, it just doesn't work without life damaging results to self. I don't want that for anybody.....

So my friend, who would know better how you felt than me when having that 'confidence ' rug pulled out from under you? I know exactly how you were feeling and I am so happy to hear that you are getting back in the saddle again Lis! It took me awhile too, but all I can say is when that surety returns, it does so with a turbo charge attached to it! You have been missed and I can't wait to see how this next year unfolds for you . Many, many blessings for you Lis. Warmly, Heather

It has been very rough times and something I never want to go through again. At least there was a good result at the end of it all. It is also fantastic to see you back in the saddle again and writing on your site :).

Many, many blessings to you in return. The good always comes back with a vengeance :)

Lis.

It sure does Lis and it will for you too. It already has with your new goals in place and the blessings of your loving supporters here in the WA community. You go girl! With love, Heather

Thank you.

Good for you for persevering Lis! I have not done much on my site (I only have one and can barely keep up with that) since the end of June because my kids have been home with me most of the summer. And we have done some traveling as a family.

I plan to get things started again at the beginning of September. I was getting a bit stressed about the fact that I haven't done much and haven't been motivated to work on it once the kids are in bed. But then I decided that this isn't a race and am proud of the fact that I haven't given up (I started my site at the beginning of this April).

We each have our own journey and we can only fail if we give up!

Hi Tanja,

You are right, it is not a race and we each do what we can. Spending time with family is equally important and you should be proud of everything that you have achieved so far.

I hope you managed to relax and enjoy your time away with your family! Kids grow so quickly, you do not want to miss a minute of that time. :)

Your site will still be there in September and you will be able to pickup from where you left off so nothing is lost. As you also said, the important thing is that you have not given up :D

Thank you for your encouraging words Lis! The summer has been very good. And you are right, my site will still be waiting for me in September. I am going to make it a priority to not get stressed about the things I am not doing/achieving but rather think about the things I am doing (which includes spending time with my kids/family and working onmy site whenever I can).

I can't wait to see the photos of the places you travel. Congrats on your goals Lis, wish you the best.

Hi Evelyn,

I need a special type of inspiration this time and felt that this by doing it this way I will succeed as it is an ultimate goal for me. :).

There definitely will be loads of photos when I fulfil this goal. :D. I cannot wait already.

Sometimes you gotta put those photos up on places you want to visit to keep going. I know it can get tough sometimes, even if you made some money.

I remember doing a blog about forcing myself. I forced myself to write the blog and then about a month later I got an email stating I got a sale. It was another program I was promoting that wasn't WA. I thought about if I didn't force myself to write that article, I wouldn't have gotten anything.

So remember Lis, I know times can get tough, trust me I understand. I've been there and still go through it sometimes because of personal reasons

Obviously you know you can make money with your business, it's just a matter of keep pushing, even if you try to talk yourself out of it.

I'm glad you did this blog it's very inspiring to hold yourself accountable to meet your goals. :) I'm routing for you and wish you many blessings.

I remember your blog on forcing yourself and will revisit it as it was very inspirational :). You are right that things can get tough and it is necessary a lot of the time to force yourself to keep doing things.

With writing this post and making it public, it forces me to stick to my goals and as you rightly say, makes me accountable to meet those goals. I will be getting some brochures as soon as I can to provide visual stimulus, which others have also suggested.

Thank you for being there for me :).

Many many blessings to you and your family.
