my domain email is not receiving emails from an email account
Hi. Could anyone help me with this?
I'm receiving emails fine for my domain email (lisa@duplicateyourincome.com) in my personal email its linked to. All apart from one email account (noreply@globaltraffictakeover.com) and it's vital I receive these.
I tested the sites email account by linking my personal email address and it worked fine, so there seems to be a problem with my domain email. (lisa@duplicateyourincome.com) from recieveing emails from (noreply@globaltraffictakeover.com)
I have checked my WA inbox and have no messages. Same goes from the domain email account I hold. I have checked all spam and junk folders too. I even added the email account to my contacts list.
Any help would be appreciated.
